[or-roots] Question, Nursing home records?

In Oregon the records are required to be maintained.  The department of human services will know where they are.

Now the rub.  They are private [medical?] records and you will probably not be able to access them.

        If a Nursing home closes it's doors for good & is no more, 
        where might all the patients records go from there, to what location?
