Actually Pine Valley is just a valley. Halfway is in this valley.
Pine Valley isn't a populated place. Halfway is and located in Pine Valley.

Town of Pine (it is this name you're looking for) ceased to exist when
sawmill there closed. Most moved their business to Halfway. It was
southeast of Halfway. Pine Town Lane and Sawmill Cutoff Lane run off
east of Highway 86 (Baker-Copperfield Highway)

The valley extends nortwest to southeast.
