Quinton N. & Mary Jane (Armstrong) Anderson and family of six children left 
Parker Co., TX, and settled in the Phoenix area of Jackson Co., OR in 1858. 
They had two more children in Oregon.

John F. & Rebecca (Hinkle) Adams and family of five unmarried children left 
Louisa Co., IA, in 1852 and settled in Marion Co., OR.  With them were the 
families of three married daughters.

Abraham & Nancy E. (Adams) Sargent and five children left Louisa Co., IA, in 
1852 with the Adams.  They went first to California before arriving in 
Oregon in about 1858/59.  They traveled around Oregon and Northern 
California, but members settled primarily in Jackson, Josephine, and Coos 
counties.

Isaac M. & Catherine S. (Adams) Wagner and two children left Louisa Co., IA, 
in 1852 with the Adams.  They first went to California before arriving in 
Oregon about 1858/59.  They settled in Jackson Co. for awhile before joining 
the Adams in Marion Co.

James W. & Mary Ann (Adams) Whitley and three children left Louisa Co., IA, 
in 1852 with the Adams.  They settled in Marion Co.  they had eight more 
children in Oregon.
