much weirdness here, I posted this two days ago; When the HECK did Titan get
in the OR-roots email address??

It would seem that you go through oregon state archives;

will take you to their page on the subject, unfortunately I see nothing here
to actually access the info so apparently you go to;

http://genealogy.state.or.us/

and enter his name in the appropriate box, note there are pull downs on
lines 3 and 4 of the search engine to narrow your search to "estate" and
"Multnomah" to reduce the number of hits you get, I would suggest last name
only and using lines 3 and 4 as I have a hard time finding people in this
search engine if I use more than one name.
