[or-roots] An SP&S Train Depot

          This email where someone is looking for information about a train
depot got me to thinking about my deceased Father in Law who was an
employee of the Spokane Portland and Seattle Railroad (SP&S) for many years
and once lived in a "Railroad House" in Linnton, Oregon. Across the
railroad tracks was a small SP&S Depot. Linnton is actually is a part of
Portland very often referred to as if it is a separate city on the
outskirts of Portland. My Father in Law was a Section Forman who had also
lived in a Railroad House in Westport, Oregon and had worked between
Astoria and Portland during his many years empoyeed by SP&S. I am
interested in anything relating to this small depot, the railroad house or
possibly any information from possibly a SP&S Historical Society, railroad
club or former SP&S empoyees. 
           You have been very helpful in some of my genealogy research and
I am hoping for your assistance in this matter.
