  Yes, the GenealogyBank site did re-open, but they did not extend the time, so I did not even try to check it out - figured they'd crash again if everyone tried to beat their deadline of midnight 1/13.

      The response to the GenealogyBank free access offer has been huge. Despite our planning for higher demand from the free access, the response to the 
      offer was so overwhelming that we had to disable that login/password.
