[or-roots] Oregon County Numbers on Death Index

In days gone by I had a list of Oregon County numbers cited on the OR Death
Index.  Today I found a death on Ancestry.com and it lists county 46 but I
can't recall which county that corresponds to.  I've tried to look online to
find that list I had from days gone by but I haven't found it.  Does any one
have a link to that list or remember which county is #46?
