I am interested in contacting distant relatives living in eastern  
Oregon.  One of these relatives is Teressa Foster who has written, I  
believe, on the history of Summer Lake.  In her 1989 publication,  
several chapters mention relatives for which I would like to know  
more about.  I cannot read the text, only the chapter names, so could
