Yes, all four corners. If they can't conceal the tears that's ok. I've been
afraid all these years I would lose those corners, so it would be nice to
have them attached some how.

   Do you still have the corners?  If so, the best thing you could do would
be to take the
book to a professional picture framer.  They can do archival mounting for
you, which will
preserve the pages.  They may not be able to totally conceal the tears,
though.
