[or-roots] HQ 1880 census

Actually Ancestry did not do their own index.  They used the one from the
LDS volunteers. LDS links to the Ancestry pages.  My assumption is the LDS
library agreed to have Ancestry use their index and Ancestry agreed to have
LDS link to their pages. Who knows why.
