I agree: $10 round trip here in CA, once at source you might get 8 10 census finds, but cannot get to
repro machine, if & when you do it needs refocusing.  With Ancestry you can print smaller or large
sections of the census, get to SS death index, WWI  draft registrations, and search be half a 
dozen manners not available other wise.

        I am a Ancestry user, all I can add is that without it I could not do the research for it costs far more to travel the Pacific NW than to pay, plus the US Plus program they have is so much improved.
