[or-roots] Very off topic quesion

Since most of you OR-ROOT'ers are computer genius's....I need some help.  I recently changed ISP servers.  You know, new address and all that frustration.  For spam protection I have AVG.  Can someone please walk me through the steps to change my e-mail address with AVG?  I have dial up, so downloading a whole new program is out of the question.  When I loaded AVG first, the gal who owns the service I used downloaded it for me.  Thanks much.
