Red Bluff is in the I-5 corridor in central northern California, an hour 
or two south of K Falls -- some folks think that is "in the 
neighborhood", others think it is a long drive from downtown to Home 
Depot (which is only a few miles at the other side of town).

But with the other info on the Shasta County directory, I suspect it is 
a different Frank Grimm
