Oregon started registering Death Certificate in 1903 and go up to 1998.

There are 42 Brewer listed in Lane County.

My husband's gg grandfather William Alexander Brewer died in Lane County in
1859.  Is there a death certificate that early or any way to find out the
cause of death?
