Hi Everyone,

I found out that my Great-Great Grandfather Frank John Grimm was killed at the Big Lakes Box company.

He apparently stepped in front of the lumber carrier ("Jitney" / "Saddle Buggy" / Hyster) and was tragically crushed underneath it.
He was the yard foreman.

Does anyone have access to information about this company?
I am thinking that somewhere there may be employment records on Frank.

In addition, I have exhausted my resources for newspaper clippings, and there is no article that I have found about this accident, which occurred on Wednesday, June 14, 1944 at 2:15pm. If anyone else has access to old clippings, I would be overjoyed to have something. I have looked at genealogybank.com and footnote.com, and heritagequest.com. Does anyone know of another resource?

Thanks,

Don Smith
