[or-roots] WWI Registration Card Question

Julie,

My grandfather homesteaded in Alberta, Canada for a few years and his WWI Draft Registration says for:
Item #4 - Natural born and Declarant
Item #5 - Crow, Oregon, U.S.A.
Item #6 - British Subject

My grandfather and grandmother stayed in Canada long enough to prove up on their land and then sold and returned to Oregon.
