[or-roots] Railroad people

I know from time to time some on the list have asked about various railroad
personnel and I have never seen this one before.

The Biographical directory of the railway officials of America
Chicago :: Railway Age Co.,, 1906, 698 pgs.

I didn't find any Wisner in it, but maybe the person I was looking for
wasn't a Wisner, I can't remember.

Anyway if anyone thought there was a shot their person was in it, I'd be
glad to check it out. I'm not going to downlaod the book as it's 700 pages,
but it is alphabetical, so looking for people is pretty easy.
