[or-roots] Anyone know a lookup volunteer in Clatsop county?

The following request was sent to use down here in Coos county. I don't know of anyone who does lookups in Clatsop county, so don't know who to recommend to this lady. I'm sure someone on this list will though!

I am trying to find out more about my grandfather's first marriage
and child neither of which I even knew existed until a month ago.

I found a Judgment Roll Index JR 5013 for divorce between Carroll
Bachelder and Nora. Nelson in Clatsop County. She was later found "Div"
in 1910 Astoria, US Census with her maiden name. Their baby Carrol
Albert Bachelder died 11 Jan 1906 of pneumonia at 3 months of age.

My grandfather's name was Albert Carroll Bachelder/ her name was Nora E. Nelson, b MN
