Thank you all for your help. When I called the museum today the answering machine said they are open Tuesday Thursday and Saturday from 9 am to 4pm.

  Bessie Tweedt, the author died in 1998.
  The book was self-published and does not show an ISBN.
  I still believe contacting the Harrisburg Area Museum is your best bet.
