I don't know if you have seen this site or not, but this is what I was  
looking for  --  a history.
 
And, if your relative was married in 1927, it probably was one of the first 
 in the NEW building.
However, Rev. Vance Webster did not arrive until Sept. 1941. I have found  
two references confirming
that date.
