[or-roots] I.O.O.F. Home in Portland

The IOOF home in the mid 1960's seemed to be more of a retirement/assisted living type of arrangement. It may have had a nursing home component. I just remember seeing (what to me at that time) were a bunch of old people hanging out and coming and going.
