Doesn't everybody have at least a few Howell's in their data?  I know I 
do.  Some in Illinois ...  no connection that I see

As for being "off", my best guess would be that Rentrfo is some sort of 
phonetic spelling mis-variation -- "Rentfro" actually gets hits on 
Google -- I'd check them all if I was looking for that name.
