I'm thinking maybe that is Linslaw --  that was the name of a precinct  out 
there during some time period.
 
Wouldn't it be great if Oregon had conformed to "precincts" instead of  
"enumeration districts" -- and if
there were existing maps for the census years?   I'm a  dreamer.
