If this Wilma Moorman was born in 1917, she would be 17 in 1934, about the 
right age for high school.  I didn't have any luck finding anything on Wilma 
but according to 1930 census, she had a brother named Wilfred.  However, 
Wilfred died in 2008 in Grants Pass.  I tried to check obituaries for the 
Grants Pass Daily Courier to see if there were any survivors listed but 
found you needed to have a paid subscription to check obituaries on line. 
Anyone in the Grants Pass area able to check an obituary?  I tried calling 
the phone number listed in the Public Records Index but got no answer.

 I attended Washington High in Portland, Oregon and graduated in June of
 1946.  I would assume that there would be a picture of Wilma Mooman in the
 Junior class (terms 5 & 6) in the school year book called the Lens.  The
 four school years were divided into two terms when I attended and therefore
 assume it was true prior to my attendance.
   I am not related to this subject but do hope someone else sees your
 message. You may have better luck by posting it in Multnomah County Oregon
 rather than Polk County.  (I was born in Polk County and attended grade
 school there, but high school in Bremerton, Washington then back to 
Portland
 during WWII.)

 If there are any descendents out there of a young woman by the name of 
WILMA MOORMAN.   I have found a SCHOOL DISTRICT No.1, MULTNOMAH COUNTY. 
THIS  CERTIFIES THAT WILMA MOORMAN HAS COMPLETED THE ELEMENTARY COURSE OF 
STUDY.   This is some kind of certificate. It is in very good shape. It was 
found  in the LENS a 1934 WASHINGTON HIGH SCHOOL Yearbook.  From Portland, 
OR.??   She is listed in the sixth term in 1935. I am not sure how the terms 
went?
I am not related to this person and I have not done  any research on this 
family.
