Check either the Oregon State archives in Salem,  or the Genealogical Forum of Oregon in Portland, the Forum has an Index online. 

I have to go to Salem the 8th of April and if I have time I will check the Archives, but there is no statewide marriage index for all time periods, I know as i am having problems finding some records myself.

We don't know who Mary Jones married, but she was born in April 1883, near Troutdale in Multnomah County to James Austin Jones & Ella/Elizabeth Buoy Jones. Mary died three days after the birth of her baby, most likely in the Portland area. Does anyone have a suggestion on how can we find Mary's marriage and death date? This name is a tough one to research because it's so common. Do any of you listers have access to a marriage index with this Mary Jones in it? It's a puzzle! Mary's father, James Austin Jones was born in 1859 near Troutdale and died in 1959. James "Aus" married Ella Buoy 3 July 1882 in Creswell, Lane County. We have a newspaper clipping of James with his surviving children, celebrating his 100th birthday in Oregon's 100th year as a state. Mary Jones had died before 1959. James "Aus" & Ella Jones' other children were: Edgar L. & Johanna Jones; William B. & Jennie Jones; Nina Jones (born Nov. 1889 & died at age 12 of a hemorage); Maude Myrtle & Jack Goschie; George A. & Mildred Jones; Nellie & Lee Cundiff; Laura & Ralph Gholson; Norma & Ralph Thiem; Ocea Hosford (she married more than once); Ruby Jones (she died about 18 of measles) and Betty & William Pearson. Some of the Jones are buried near some Buoy's at the Douglas Cemetery near Troutdale. Maude & Jack Goschie are buried in Gresham. My sister-in-law is descended from Maude & Jack Goschie and she'd really like to know more about Mary Jones. Joanne would love to get in contact with any James Austin & Ella Jones family.
