[or-roots] History of Powell in the Portland area

I would be interested in this book.  I have a family cemetery plot located at the Powell Pioneer Cemetery at 122nd and Sandy Blvd.  Would be interested in knowing how this cemetery was created and what  the requirements to obtain a family plot were.
