Have you looked at the Matney name in DLC stuff, there are several Matneys
and a few Matheney names.

 For the most part I am focused on Matney because thats my dads line.
I know Walter went from east to here on the 1843 trail and have a lot on him
but not every thing. All the Matney people are related one way or other all
the way back to England , France and the doomsday book.
   I am mainly looking for mentions of the trail, Modoc ( was Siskiyou co)
Alturas.Dorris Bridge .
   On the Rogers we cant place the great grand father to be related to any
other Rogers for now.
