Here is one of the connections I found
I have a writing on my website about one of my Matney folks encounters with 
the Modoc. Also my great grandfather was in the middle of things going on 
there too.

    I got some other items, just have to figure out where things are.
Its been a bit confusing since my trailer house was trashed on the freeway 
and all my papers and other things where packed up in plastic bags and the 
file cabinets were destroyed - so in time - I will find something - but if I 
look for it - I will most likely not find it and waste time for other 
projects, some times when I wait - I find it right off lol ;)
  Also can find a great deal on the net via google - I did.
