[or-roots] Slow list & Subscribe

Hi Carol & OR Roots friends,
    I have been on OR-Roots I think since the early 1990's or so.  But every so often the mail server has kicked me off for a period of time.  I have no idea why it says messages bounce back.  I figured I better subscribe again as I couldn't recall how to get to the password page where I think we can reset things even if messages have bounced.
