[or-roots] Duck Inn Road

In a recent discussion we were discussing the name of "Duck Inn Road" (near
Gervais, Oregon crossing Old Portland Road/Hwy 99).  One individual thought
it had originally had an "Inn" there.  Does anyone on Oregon Roots know the
origin of Duck Inn Road?
