[or-roots] Leonard G. Kight

As far as I know, I’m not related.  Of course with a surname like Kight chances are that there is a connection somewhere in the family tree.  

My nearer relatives are my grandfather, George H Kight who lived in Grant County, Oregon.  None of his descendants have that name.  His brothers were Frank Moody Kight and Dennis Earl Kight and again descendants don’t have that name.  Frank lived in Portland, Oregon and Dennis lived in Utah.

I found Leonard on the WW II Army Enlistment Records on Ancestry.com.  It shows him born in Virginia.  My 3rd great grandfather, John Kight was born in Virginia in 1780 so who knows.

Bev Rinehart - are you related to Leonard G. Kight? He was born 20 Sept 1926, & lived in Wilsonville, Oregon as late as 1995. I don't find him on the SSDI.
