[or-roots] 2 questions of unfound data - Matney

I only know about Matney Rd behind Monmouth.
I went there and interviewed a few people, found out they had no idea who 
Matney was.
   I will google for Matney rd's
I know about the Matney stuff in Wasco and a few other places.
Mainly cant locate the 2 people I posted.
