[or-roots] Anyone else having trouble with Archives Index?

I remember a message being put out about the Archives servers which also cover some other state offices 

were going to be down for maintance

I just got this same message. Probably it will get fixed tomorrow (Monday). I didn't hear anything about it being down for maintenance or anything.
