[or-roots] Oregon State Hospital unites families with cremated remains of deceased patients

Thanks for the great writeup on the cremains for the Hayter family. I checked 
the website and the Hayters are no longer listed, so the list is updated. I 
think there were originally over 4500 cremains remaining, so it looks like 1000 
of them have been removed.
