[or-roots] Historic Newspaper project

Are there some special tips on doing searches?  I was looking for 
William H. Thomas.  I put it that way in the search field and then 
"William H Thomas" in the search field and it brings up everything with 
an H and also any Thomas as a first of last name and William as a first 
and last name.
