[or-roots] Early divorces in Oregon

The Oregon State Archives has a copy of Emanuel & Lucintha's divorce  
record--1854, Washington County

I am trying to find out how, if possible to find a couple of divorce  
records.  One of them is an Emanuel Horner who got divorced from his  first wife 
Lucintha Jane Stillwell sometime before 1860.   Then I am  also looking for 
a divorce from a Lavina Johns from a John Phillip F. Johns  probably before 
1870.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
I also am looking for Emanuels marriage record to Lavina.
