[or-roots] Progress report on 1940 census

In 1940 my family was in Portland but I have no idea what enumeration
district, so that is an impossibility for now. I'll wait until I can
search by name. But, can anyone come up with an answer to this: I
was born in Waldport which had (and still does have) a very small
population, easily searched. I wanted to find my grandfather. So I
went to Oregon, Lincoln County and looked for Waldport under the list
of populated places. It isn't there.
