[or-roots] Progress report on 1940 census

I was hopeful about the Douglas County families - thought I'd at least be
familiar with a certain percentage as I sometimes feel like much of Oak
Creek/Dixonville is related to me. <smile>  Just need more hours in my days.

Sue; I got lucky on two of them, I knew some of the families in both the
Dixonville one and more particularly one of the Roseburg page entries is I
believe in my nieces family and some of Ron Casebeer's kin were on that page
too.

I've finished 15 sheets and find it very interesting.  Some frustrations
with the handwriting.  It would be nice to index for an ED that you were
familiar with.
