No, I completed the batch I had - I was trying to download a new batch for
Oregon - could get Texas, California, lots of other states but not Oregon -
I chose See all Projects.  I did one for California and will watch to see if
Oregon returns to availability.

at top bar? Green arrow allows you to save to return. It has to be done
within 7 days or lose.
