that is right. If you think arbitrator made a mistake. click on feedback 
to the right of that column. Box popup  click "Please Review"  then 
click "ok" on bottom right corner of popup box

I got dinged and it's absurd. It is clearly Riges using zoom in and this 
person said Rigrs.

It will be reviewed by higher-ups.
