Same thing happened to me as arbitrator, today, too.

Grabbed 10 every time as an arbitrator because there's few checks to do 
each page.

Now to the update status compared to this morning:


This morning then tonight before 12 midnight:
Oregon at 84 - now 88
Kansas at 88 - now 89
Colorado at 90 - now 93

other states
Virginia at 38
New Hampshire at 25
California at 6
Arizona at 2 (first batches came out this morning)

other states are below 10

There are those who are holding batches for 7 days. Keep eye out for 
them because once 7 days is up, they lose the batches.
