[or-roots] Speir, Blackburn, Brunner, Diedrich? surnames found on pictures I purchased in Clatskanie, OR

There are/were Blackburns in Klamath Falls. Several of the
daughters/grandchildren currently live in Salem. None are into genealogy as
far as I know.

Good morning to all.  I just bought some pics. in clatskanie, OR.  I
wondered if anyone could help me figure out who and where these folks are.
Thankyou, in advance.  Here's the info. on the backs of pics.:  l to r>
Roberta Blackburn, Berry Blain, Ruby Blackburn, Linnie Brunner, Martha
Blackburn, Hatti Winsworth, Daphinie Blackburn  1949-1950/ Fred Diedrich
1949/l to r> Roberta Blackburn, daughter Martha Ellen, Linnie Brunner,
sister to Roberta/taken Jun. 1950 where Arliss and Annett were born  McAllen
(should be McClain?) TX./  Earlene 5 yrs.  taken Dec. 1952  Arliss almost 3
Freddie 21/2   this is Grandma home  Van Nuys, CA./ 8 weeks old  Clate
Speir's family  1943/ Martha blackburn, Josephine Blackburn/ Annett Patricia
Speir   age 151/2  Nov. 8? 1967 or 1961/ birthday party  Clate 69   Arliss 6
months  1950.
There were more pictures, next time I go that way, I'll buy the rest.  I was
looking in OK., and TX. for these folks, but then how did the pics. get to
OR.?  I did find 1930 census> OK.> McClain> Purcell City    Blackburn
family> Grover, Roberta, Dupree, Marcella, Martha, and Mary.  I don't have
ancestry so it's been alittle more fun trying to find out what happen to
these folks.
