[or-roots] Looking for newspaper article

I am looking for an article on a fire in Dayton (really on the outskirts so may have been under some long lost town) from 1924/25.  My grandparents house burn down - John and Martha Sims on Greenacre Rd.  It was in the Dayton Paper, but those records burned down in the 1940s.  Can anyone help me locate the article?
