Hmm, have to look really close at the picture even with the chalked one thats hard to make out. Nope, never noticed that.
   Ok.
I looked again and I cant see the split on the O to C so I will expand it later.
Ok. So now where does this lead , still dont have any info on dates or who paid it, and the cemetery did not bother to record it.

      I believe that I.O.O.F. is International Order of Odd Fellows
      and I.O.F. is the International Order of Foresters
      Both could be looked up using a Google search.
