Dale, as I understand it, this Facebook page was never meant to replace 
all the wonderful information she has on her Website.  This will 
supplement and give people an opportunity to discuss their project and 
or ask about resources.

"As an offshoot of my website at oregonpioneers.com/ortrail.htm I have 
started a facebook page for Oregon Researchers to gather and share their 
projects, ask questions and find resources.  Over the years I have 
developed a network of "goto" people with an expertise in a particular 
area.  If I can gather them all in one place and add more we will all 
benefit from it.  Anyone with an interest in joining in the discussions 
is welcome to join.  It is a public forum.  When you join in please tell 
what families you are researching and or what organization you are 
with.  If you are involved with a historical society or library let us 
know which one.  The idea is to provide resources, contacts, see what 
projects are going on so they are not duplicated and link family 
researchers. Most of the people involved will probably not have time to 
provide actual research.  I will use the page to to list updates that I 
make to the oregonpioneers.com website and will answer questions."
