[or-roots] 1940 census

I'm not Chris, but Ralph William Perry was my grandfather, and my father
was Ralph William Perry, Jr. Both would have been shown in the 1930 and
1940 censuses. In the FamilySearch version I looked at the names had been
transposed, i.e., William Ralph Perry.
