Subject: [or-roots] A couple of census questions
In the 1910 Census, there is a column for "Naturalized or Alien", but I
have a case that clearly uses "Pa". Does anyone know what that meant in 1910?
In the 1930 Census, there is a column near the right hand side, "for
official use only". Does anyone have an explanation for the codes there, i.e.,
VVVV or VIVV?
