Maybe, What I need to confirm is the actual city and county of birth for Rae Elaine Bowman who was born on March 1, 1919. Based on a 1920 Census at age 10 months she was living in Prineville, Crook County, Oregon. The second question is what day in September 1970 did her father, Arthur Ray Bowman, died. The A.R. Bowman Memorial Museum was named after him.

My husband’s parents lived just outside of Prineville when he was born in June of 1939.  He was born in a nursing home in Prineville as there was no hospital in Prineville and that was the closest “medical” facility.  The attending physician was R.W. Christianson. 



We live in Redmond, about 23 miles from Prineville if we can be of any assistance.
