[John Glen]

Jane May Sundquist was born in Alexander, McKenzie County, North Dakota on 6
May 1920. Her mother died and the nurse brought her to Oregon. She was then
adopted by Emmett and Roxanne Kelly and her name was changed to Mary Jeanne
Kelly. 

The 1930 Fed Census for Clark County, WA has her as their adopted child. We
need to find something that proves both names are the same person. She died
9 September 1990 in Portland. We have tried Social Security and the marriage
license. North Dakota doesn't have a birth certificate. This information is
needed for an application.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
