Hi everyone,
I haven't been on the list for a while, but I thought I'd post information
about the Ruddell Himes reunion next weekend. If you are related to any
Ruddells or Himes, please come and bring family stories, mementos, newspaper
clippings, pictures, Bibles or anything Ruddell or Himes related.

10am - 4 pm
Coffee and cookies at 10am
Lunch at 12pm $5 If you would like to bring your own lunch, that's OK.
Please note that on your RSVP.
Registration $5 (Pays for facility and mailing)
Plans are being made, the date is set, and we want you to be sure and be
here. Lunch will be prepared and served by family members. Our program is
being finalized. Unless called away, Steve Excel, Chief Archivist of the
State of Washington will be speaking on where to find information in the
state of Washington. Steve is related to the Ruddells, Himes, Hicks and
Holcombes. Charles Byers will be leading a discussion on Stephen A.
Ruddlell George Himes and whatever comes up in the discussion. Bring
questions! Zelma Bernd will be speaking on Stephen D. Ruddell.
The schedule is still flexible. If you have something you'd like to know
more about, email Chuck Byers or Zelma Bernd (emails below) with the
questions or subjects you'd like us to speak about. The more that come, the
more fun we have.
There will also be family introductions, which will be a brief time to see
which family everyone belongs to. We're looking forward to seeing you.
Bring: Mementos, Records, Pictures, and anything interesting.
We will have a copier available.

Directions: From I-5 North take Exit 114 and follow Martin Way to the top
of the hill where you turn left at the light on Dutterow. Continue
southwest to Steilacoom Road and turn right. The open gate is a few hundred
feet on the left.
>From I-5 South take Exit 111 and go straight through the roundabout to the
light at Marvin Road. Turn right. At the 4th light turn left on Steilacoom
Rd. The open gate is .08 miles on the right.
